All airline tickets are subject to the specific fare conditions, reissue penalties, and cancellation policies established by the issuing airline at the moment of reservation. Schedule alterations, delays, and aircraft changes remain under the operational control of the respective air carrier.
3. Visa Disclaimers
In strict compliance with international law, the granting or rejection of entry visas is solely determined by the sovereign consulates and immigration departments of destination nations. Al Ghaffar Travel does not warrant or guarantee visa approval, but guarantees rigorous administrative compliance with published diplomatic criteria.
4. Pricing and Quotations
In accordance with our core principle of absolute verifiability, quotations provided are based on real-time GDS availability and official exchange rates. Fares are secured upon ticketing completion and formal confirmation.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi.
