Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, meticulous IATA Ticketing Consultant to manage complex international flight itineraries, ticket reissues, and carrier schedule communications.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Process domestic and international air ticketing using Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems with zero calculation errors.
Execute complex itinerary modifications, reissue tickets according to airline fare rules, and handle carrier refund claims.
Provide transparent counsel to clients on luggage limits, transit visa requirements, and airport boarding protocols.
Liaise directly with airline trade representatives for seat release, group reservations, and priority allocations.
Maintain meticulous booking logs and reconcile daily BSP transaction records.
Prerequisites & Qualifications
Official IATA / UFTAA certification or equivalent recognized aviation qualification.
Minimum 5 years of verified hands-on ticketing experience in an accredited travel agency in Pakistan.
Deep practical proficiency in Sabre and/or Amadeus command-line terminals.
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Urdu; professional telephone etiquette.
Proven ability to manage urgent executive flight changes under time pressure with calm precision.
