Role Overview
Responsible for coordinating pilgrim files, hotel allocations in Makkah and Madinah, Nusuk visa filings, and ground transit synchronization.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Review pilgrim documentation for Nusuk visa submission and verify adherence to Saudi Ministry regulations.
Coordinate hotel room allocations and ensure hotel vouchers match family room requirements exactly.
Liaise with Jeddah and Madinah ground transfer coordinators to ensure on-time airport greetings and transport dispatch.
Conduct pre-departure briefings for individual and family pilgrims regarding ritual milestones and hotel logistics.
Provide emergency on-call coordination for pilgrims during their stay in the Holy Cities.
Prerequisites & Qualifications
3+ years of verifiable experience in Hajj & Umrah operations at an authorized agency.
Working familiarity with Saudi Ministry portals, Nusuk platform, and electronic visa systems.
Empathetic, patient, and respectful interpersonal manner suited to serving elders and spiritual travelers.
Fluent communication in Urdu; conversational Arabic or English is a strong advantage.
High attention to detail regarding documentation, passport validity, and family room requirements.
